Just a few of our 2009 show pigs that we will be offering this spring.
 

Our sow herd consist of 25 purebred Yorkshire sows and we are now adding some Hampshire to start up our second breed. We have a powerful set of 3 and 4 year old Yorkshires that were sired by Bull-a-Vard from Shipley's. These sows are extremely heavy boned, and wide based with lots of natural rib shape and dimension. These sows have generated numerous champions and class winners. We have purchased a littermate gilt to the 2008 WPX Grand and Reserve Champion Yorkshire boars at the World Class Bred Gilt Sale. We also purchased the 114-7 Hampshire bred gilt from Cain's at the World Class Bred Gilt Sale which many felt was the best Hampshire gilt in the sale. All of the litters born to date look very impressive, and we will be updating our web site with photos and information on our 2009 show pig offering.
